Why Exhibit At The Fair

On the evening of the 9th October and during the day of the 10th October 2008, thousands of consultancy candidates will descend on The Barbican Exhibition Hall in central London, to meet recruiters from a broad spectrum of management consultancy and IT consultancy firms. Over 2,500 people attended last year’s event where they met 58 exhibitors, including world leading consultancy brands and a large number of niche firms. We’re expecting a similar number at this year’s fair.

This year we will:

accommodate candidates who can’t make the event on Friday and have the Careers Fair run on Thursday evening, 9th October (NEW for 2008!), in addition to the usual daytime event on Friday, 10th October

include in ALL packages booked before 31st May a stand at our first Virtual Careers Fair to be held on the 20th June 2008 (NEW for 2008!)

again be at the large Barbican Exhibition Hall, which means exhibitors will be able to have ample representation on their stands to deal with the candidate enquiries generated on the day. Exhibitors will have an opportunity to inspect the venue in September so as to be able to finalise their stand designs. Catering facilities have again also been secured.

provide a special consultancy feature section which will run on the 23rd September 2008 in the Evening Standard, containing editorial about recruitment trends and details of the Careers Fair (and the exhibitors attending), plus adverts from many of the leading consulting brands.

be supporting the fair with an extensive promotional campaign with other jobs boards, which will see the event attract experienced investment bankers, accountants and fast-track executives from both industry and the public sector – in addition to the traditional consultancy candidates that Top-Consultant events bring in.
