Frequently Asked Questions
1. When will I receive my tickets?
If you purchase your ticket between now and 8
th
September, your tickets will be posted to you 2 weeks prior to the Careers Fair. A second batch of tickets will be posted on the 17
th
September. If you purchase your ticket on or after the 15
th
September, you will need to bring your confirmation email and collect your ticket at the reception desk of Hall 1, Barbican Exhibition Centre on the day.
If you are purchasing a ticket which is to be posted outside of the UK, please allow 2 full weeks for delivery.

3. How many attendees are you expecting in total?
3,000.
4. I've changed my address how do I let you know my new address?
Please notify us by email at
enquiries@theconsultancycareersfair.com
of the new postal addresss. We will then send the ticket to the new address if you notify us by the 13th Septebmer 2010. If not, we will instruct you how to collect your ticket at the event on the day.
5. Will I be able to register my CV for viewing by selected exhibitors?
Yes. Registered attendees will be able to submit their CV from 3
rd
September 2010 up until 30
th
September 2010.
Please note that most firms access CVs in advance of the event hence we would encourage all delegates to upload their details well before the event itself.
6. What should I wear on the day?
We'd recommend business casual.
7. What should I bring along on the day?
Your ticket or a copy of your online purchase, copies of your CV and business cards if you have them. If you bring your CV on a memory stick, you will be able to download your CV (to be made available to your choice of exhibitors) at the Top-Consultant.com stand.
8. What is the start and end time for the fair?
For visitors, the Consultancy Careers Fair will open at 09:00 and close at 17:00 on Friday the 24
th
September 2010.
9. Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Yes, there will be tickets available to purchase at the venue on the 24
th
September 2010.

Underground
The nearest Underground station is Barbican, on the Circle, and Hammersmith & City lines. To reach the Barbican, exit the station and cross Aldersgate Street in front of you. Walk through the road tunnel (Beech Street) before taking the left turning into Golden Lane. Hall 1 is on your right hand side. Other Underground stations nearby are Moorgate, St Paul's, Bank, Liverpool Street and Mansion House.
Train
The nearest rail stations are Liverpool Street, Farringdon and Blackfriars. City Thameslink services serve Barbican, Moorgate and Cannon Street.
Bus
Bus Route 153 stops outside the Barbican in Silk Street. Starting from outside Liverpool Street Station, it runs daily to the Barbican, Angel and Finsbury Park. Other services running near the Barbican are as follows: (8, 11, 23, 26, 35, 42, 43, 47, 48, 55, 56, 76,78, 100, 133, 141, 149, 172, 214, 242, 243, 271, 344 7 days a week); 4, (Mon-Sat); 21, 25, 521 (Mon-Fri)
Car
The Barbican is clearly sign-posted and has four car parks. Two are off Beech Street (westbound access only) and two are off Silk Street near the main entrance. Please allow plenty of time for your journey. All car parks have a height restriction of 6'1". If the Barbican car parks are full, alternative parking is available in Aldersgate Street.
Bicycle
The Barbican has a number of cycle racks available for its patrons. Eight are located at the entrance to Car Park 5 and five are located the exit to Car Park 3. Cycle helmets and other equipment can be left in any of the Barbican's free cloakrooms.
Taxi
The Barbican has four freephones from which you can pre-book a taxi from Computer Cabs plc using a credit card.
